Quality Check
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.
Package & Ship
Securely pack the items in the original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to drop the package at any authorized courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
